What do you need to do?
- If you have not picked up the items / Non-dispatch jobs
- Click on “Cancel”
- Select: Personal emergency/accident > Vehicle breakdown / Involved in accident
- If you have picked up the items
- Contact the Poster and request Poster to arrange pick up from you
- If you are able to proceed
- Notify both posters and receivers regarding the delay and your expected delivery time
