Demerit Points/Penalty Disputes

GoGetters may receive demerit points for rule violations, affecting their ability to take jobs. If you believe a penalty is unfair, you can appeal.

What do you need to do?

1. Check your demerit points
   
   • Go to Account >Performance History > Demerit > Violation details in the GoGet app.
     
     
   • Review the details for the demerit points.

2. If you believe it is unfair, submit an appeal
   
   • In the Violation Details page, click Submit an Appeal within 7 days. 

3. Await GoGet’s review
   
   • GoGet will investigate your appeal.
     
     
   • If valid, your demerit points may be removed.
     
     
   • If denied, the decision is final, but you can improve your standing by maintaining good job performance.
