This refers to waiting more than 15 minutes from the actual pick up/drop off time.
It does not include the waiting time if you arrive earlier than the actual pick up/drop off time.
What do you need to do?
- Inform the Poster about the delay if they are not at the location.
- Inform the recipient that drop off might be delayed due to the delay at pick up
